About these terms
These terms apply when you use the DD Active website or place an order with DD Active in the United Kingdom. By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18 or have permission from a parent or guardian.
Products and availability
We aim to display product descriptions, colours and prices accurately. Screen settings and production variations may affect appearance. Products may be made to order. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.
Orders and payment
Submitting checkout is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept the order and send confirmation. Payment is processed securely by the payment methods shown at checkout. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or unavailable stock.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Returns Policy; delivery information is in our Shipping Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Website use and intellectual property
DD Active branding, designs, images and website content may not be copied, sold or commercially reused without permission. You must not misuse the website, interfere with security or attempt unauthorised access.
Liability
We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to law, we are not responsible for indirect business losses arising from consumer use of the website.
Governing law and contact
