Change-of-mind returns

For eligible online purchases, notify DD Active within 14 days of delivery that you wish to cancel, then return the goods within the following 14 days. This reflects UK consumer cancellation rights. Any longer promotional return window will be stated separately.

Return eligibility

Items must be unworn except for a reasonable fit check, unwashed, unaltered, free from marks, odour, pet hair or damage, and returned with original tags and packaging where supplied. You must take reasonable care of the goods. We may reduce a refund where handling goes beyond what would be permitted in a shop.

Hygiene and personalised exclusions

For hygiene reasons, sealed underwear, swimwear or similar intimate items cannot be returned after the hygiene seal has been broken unless faulty. Clearly personalised or custom-made goods may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation. Being produced after an order is placed does not by itself remove statutory cancellation rights.

How to start a return

Email ddactivegymwear@gmail.com with your order number, item and reason. Wait for return instructions before posting. Unless an item is faulty, incorrect or otherwise required by law, return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Use a tracked service and keep proof of postage.

Refund process

We will inspect the return and confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or receiving evidence that they were sent, whichever is earlier where the law requires. Your bank may need additional processing time. Standard outbound delivery is refunded where required by cancellation law; premium delivery upgrades are not.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. For the fastest replacement size, return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order. This does not affect your rights when goods are faulty or incorrect.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description and clear photographs. Do not return the item until instructed. If goods are faulty, not as described or incorrect, DD Active will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs in line with your statutory rights.
