Track your order
Your dispatch email contains the carrier’s live tracking link. Search your inbox and junk folder for your DD Active dispatch confirmation.
You can also view orders linked to your DD Active profile from your customer account. Checkout and carrier updates may take a short time to appear.
If you have not received a dispatch email, or tracking has not updated for five working days, contact us with your full name, order number and the email used at checkout.
